• 12 raspberry Newtons
• 2 1⁄2 ounces brie cheese, cut into small pieces
• 1 tablespoon sliced almonds

directions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Top each cookie with cheese slices; sprinkle with almond.
3. Bake 3 to 5 minutes until the cheese melts. Serve.
