This is a quick and cute little treat--great for the kiddies.
- 12 raspberry Newtons
- 2 1⁄2 ounces brie cheese, cut into small pieces
- 1 tablespoon sliced almonds
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Top each cookie with cheese slices; sprinkle with almond.
- Bake 3 to 5 minutes until the cheese melts. Serve.
