A very rich and satisfying cocoa made with no dairy milk, and great for cold nights.
- 1 tablespoon baking cocoa
- 1⁄2 tablespoon unbleached cane sugar
- 1⁄2 cup hazelnut-flavored soymilk
- 1 teaspoon imitation vanilla
- Add all ingredients on medium heat until mixture is thick.
- Add to two mugs and serve with vegan marshmallows.
Lovely! Didn't have hazelnut soy milk, so I used vanilla soymilk with a little hazelnut creamer added to it. Thanks you!!
