- In a saucepan, bring 3 cups water to a boil with 3 sprigs rosemary. Remove from the heat, add the pineapple and refrigerate.
- Discard the rosemary sprigs and transfer the drink to a pitcher filled with ice.
- Garnish with the remaining rosemary sprig.
