      I saw this recipe and tried it right away!<br/>I made it for lunch instead of breakfast and it filled me up.<br/>Things I did different:<br/>Used Turkey instead of ham.<br/>Left out the mushrooms.<br/>Used Green Pepper instead red pepper.<br/>Any kind of cheese you have will work. <br/>(I used mozzarella) <br/>It turned out great!!!

      I love my breakfast wraps! The slight changes I made were subbing chorizo for ham and cheddar for monterey jack as my ham went yucky and I used all the monterey jack for another recipe! Made for ZWT 8

      Yum - great breakfast treat! I don't care for onions so left them out and used green pepper instead of red because that's what I had on hand. Instead of frying in oil, I sprayed the outside of the chimichanga with cooking spray and then "grilled" each side in the skillet until the tortilla was crispy. Thanks for sharing a great recipe!

      This is so delicious and very filling! I made this for breakfast, and I was so full I didn't even need any lunch!! I didn't fry mine, although that sounds delicious. I heated my tortilla up in the microwave to soften it up, and melted a bit of the cheese on the tortilla. Then I threw the rest of the cheese on top of the egg mixture. Next time I've got to add some jalapenos! Made for Photo tag.....thanks for sharing!

      A great twist on toast and eggs for breakfast - I've been doing something like this for years. I did not bother with the frying, as I like my tortillas soft. I did zap them in the microwave to warm and soften, and put the cheese right on the tortilla, then the egg on top. Instead of ham I used a bit of bacon, just a strip. I used two smaller tortillas, and it was just right for me. I topped with a tomatillo sauce that I get from my local Mexican market, perfect accent.
