Great for kids or for your "inner child".
- 1 banana
- 1⁄2 cup 1% fat cottage cheese (or non-fat yogurt)
- fresh blueberries or raspberries or sliced strawberry
- 1⁄4 cup granola cereal (without coconut)
- Peel banana and slice in galf lengthwise. Place in a serving dish.
- Mound cottage cheese in center and sprinkle with berries and granola.
