This make ahead recipe is great for weekends or holiday brunch. You can also substitute bacon or ham for the sausage to change it up a bit!

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Spread one layer of bread in a greased 9x13 pan.
  2. Place broken meat on top.
  3. Sprinkle cheese over this.
  4. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over all.
  5. Allow to rest in the refrigerator overnight.
  6. Let the dish warm to room temperature before baking.
  7. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350.
