A nice green smoothie...tried it pretty much as stated I used ground flax and tossed in a little spoon of whole seeds too :)...yum ;) Thanks for the recipe share!!!...btw...Makes A LOT!!! (def not one serving for most...if anyone???!!! ;) :))
My organic box has been full of kale each week so I'm coming up with lots of ways to use it. This was great. I halved the recipe, using a small banana, also used frozen strawberries and blueberries and vanilla soymilk. The half recipe was a generous serving for one, so I'd put servings at 2-3. Will make again soon! Thanks for sharing the recipe!
Love itÂ¡ I add 1/2 cup of non fat plain yogurt. Sometimes substitue flax seed oil for flax seeds. For , It blends much easier
