This pie is so delicious as it melts in your mouth and tickles your buds on its way down. I love working through the layers of cheese, potatoes, and hash as it delicately combines all my favorite breakfast foods into one easy to make meal! Kudos to the creator!

I made this for our holiday weekend breadfast. My son and DIL loved it. DH and I did too, we will make again. Next time I will make sure I get the potatoes a bit more crispy before adding to top of casserole. Thank you for sharing.

This was very good, I did not add feta because just the thought of it makes me sick (sorry feta lovers), but I stuck with the rest of the recipe. I ate it with ketchup and tabasco, much to the disgust of everyone at the table, but I enjoyed it very much! The others enjoyed theirs plain and I will be making this again, but maybe with less cheese, its seems to upset our stomachs easily in the morning. Thanks for this recipe and idea that could be adapted to create many variations!

Surprisingly delicious! I wasn't sure that I was going to enjoy this because of the canned hash but decided to try it out because of the quick cook/prep time. It was delicious!!! I may add some more peppers next time because I love spice, but this is perfect as is!!!

Ummm went to a friends house two weeks ago, and they made this and thought it was amazing, and then went to a second house that a friend made it as well and they were both perfect!! Haven't got to make it myself yet but have tried it twice already and loved it. I loved that they both tasted very close to the same!!!
