We have been making a version of this for years...we love it,it is delicious.We serve it with fresh fruit and sometimes mix it up a little by using different kinds of sausage.
- 453.59 g sausage
- 236.59 ml shredded cheddar cheese
- 236.59 ml defrosted hash brown potatoes (shredded)
- 1 refrigerated pizza crust
- 59.14 ml parmesan cheese
- 5 large eggs, beaten
- 59.14 ml milk

- Brown and break up sausage, drain well. Roll out crust on a nonstick cookie sheet (with sides). Layer sausage, hash browns, and cheddar. Whisk in the milk with the eggs and season. Pour on the pizza. Add parmesan and bake in a 350 degree oven until eggs are set and crust is done, 20-25 minutes.
