    Breakfast Sausage & Egg Quiche

    Directions:

    Prep Time: 40 mins

    Total Time: 1 1/2 hrs

    1. 1 Preheat oven to 400*.
    2. 2 Chop onions and bell peppers until diced to your liking.
    3. 3 Heat skillet with cooking spray and add diced onions and bell peppers.
    4. 4 Cook until slightly soft.
    5. 5 Add breakfast sausage to sauted vegetables and cook well until no longer pink.
    6. 6 Drain and set aside.
    7. 7 In a large bowl mix together egg substitute and cheese and stir until combined. Add cooked sausage and veggies into bowl and mix together well.
    8. 8 Spray a 9" pie plate with cooking spray and pour in mixture.
    9. 9 Bake approxiametly 45 minutes to 1 hour or until set. Slice and enjoy.

    you can just heat up a piece and go and its a change to having to cook a big breakfast when you don't have the time
