  • I would grate the apple and onion to get very fine.
  • Mix all ingredients together and press into a ring mold.
  • Cook at 350 for 1 hour.
  • Drain off excess fat and unmold while still hot.

Collect old cookbooks and actually use some of the recipes too!</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>5/7/2010</p> <p>Wow.&nbsp; need to update this!&nbsp; Not doing the daycare anymore.&nbsp; Had to have surgery on both my feet for corrections and had to give up the kids.&nbsp; That was a few yrs ago.&nbsp; Now I'm taking care of Mom whose in assisted living since Dad died&nbsp; 2 yrs ago.</p> <p>Still love southern food; Italian food; have several bbq's in the summer and they go on into the wee hrs of the morning.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
