I make this with low-fat Vanilla yogurt and whatever berries come frozen at the store. I make sure the granola is not overly sweet. I serve this to my husband who is on the South Beach Diet.

Directions

  1. place yogurt in serving bowl.
  2. add granola.
  3. liberally add fruit.
  4. drizzle honey.
  5. enjoy.
