this is a great energy boost in the morning. variate the fruit to your liking.
- place yogurt in serving bowl.
- add granola.
- liberally add fruit.
- drizzle honey.
I make this with low-fat Vanilla yogurt and whatever berries come frozen at the store. I make sure the granola is not overly sweet. I serve this to my husband who is on the South Beach Diet.
I loved this with banana yogurt and sliced bananas. Wonderful layered as a parfait too, much better than those at the fast food places.
