I love making this for breakfast on lazy days. The high protein in this smoothie will fill you up 'till lunch. I got this recipe from a blog; this is not my own recipe. Hope you all enjoy (: *I use flax milk instead of dairy milk and make it in my NutriBullet and it comes out great. (If you want a thinner shake, use more ice cubes and milk)
- 1⁄2 banana
- 1⁄2 cup smooth peanut butter or 1⁄2 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 6 ice cubes
- 1 tablespoon protein powder
- Throw all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.
I'm gonna make this for breakfast tomorrow! Will be great to have before my workout! I'll add a photo and review when I make it!
