- 1⁄4 - 1⁄2 cup frozen berries
- 1⁄2 cup rice milk
- 1⁄3 cup berry juice
- 1⁄2 - 1 cup light plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons linseeds (flaxseed)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon walnuts
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
- 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
