  • 1 (16 ounce) bag Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes with Onion
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 flour tortillas


  1. Sauté potatoes in oil until browned, 8-10 minutes. Sprinkle on cumin and and top with cheese. Serve in warmed tortillas.
