5-Ingredient Fix Contest Entry. A quick and hearty breakfast taco made quickly.
- 1 (16 ounce) bag Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes with Onion
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 flour tortillas
- Sauté potatoes in oil until browned, 8-10 minutes. Sprinkle on cumin and and top with cheese. Serve in warmed tortillas.
