Found in a magazine, can be served warm or cold.


  1. Place all ingredients in a microwave safe container and stir well.
  2. Cover with plastic wrap and pierce a few times to let steam escape.
  3. Cook on HIGH for 6-7 minutes.
  4. Discard cinnamon quill.
  5. Can be kept up to 7 days in airtight container in fridge.
  6. *Nice with yoghurt or muesli.
