This is an easy dish.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • refrigerated buttermilk biscuits or toast
  • cocktail franks, cut into slices
  • egg
  • shredded cheese

Directions

  1. take the biscuits and divide in half place into bottom of 9x12 baking dish (or toast slices) cover bottom of dish.
  2. Arrange sausage and cover with cheese.
  3. Beat enough eggs to feed everyone (I feed 9 so i use six eggs-or egg substute) Bake at 350 degrees until center is set.
  4. Serve while hot.
