I came up with this my combining my 2 fav. breakfasts.
- 1 banana (frozen or fresh)
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1⁄2 cup special k vanilla almond cereal
- Break banana into chunks and add all ingredients into blender.
- Blend until smooth.
This is not healthy with the GMO's in Kellogg's cereal. Pretty good how I changed it to be healthier using fresh organic banana, extra organic cashew butter, water, Nature's Path Qi'a cranberry vanilla with almonds cereal. Made for Healthy Choices Tag Game 2013.
