An easy first course for that special breakfast or brunch. The recipe is adapted from a B & B recipe.
- 1 large cantaloupe
- 1⁄2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup soft cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons honey
- fresh assorted berries
- Cut melon into slices and discard the rind.
- Arrange the melon slices on a serving platter.
- In a blender, mix the yogurt, cream cheese, and honey.
- Pour over melon slices.
- Top with fresh assorted berries of your choice.
