An easy first course for that special breakfast or brunch. The recipe is adapted from a B & B recipe.


  1. Cut melon into slices and discard the rind.
  2. Arrange the melon slices on a serving platter.
  3. In a blender, mix the yogurt, cream cheese, and honey.
  4. Pour over melon slices.
  5. Top with fresh assorted berries of your choice.
