  1. Spread preserves on tortilla.
  2. Top with ricotta cheese.
  3. Top with slice fruit.
  4. Sprinkle with sliced almonds.
  5. Starting from one end, roll tightly.
  6. Wrap in foil for neater eating.
  7. Variation:.
  8. Spread tortilla with apricot preserves and use sliced fresh or canned, well-drained peaches.
