This is my weekday breakfast. I sometimes add non-fat vanilla yogurt and granola. Add whatever fruits you can get fresh, strawberries, orange, watermelon... This is my summertime variety. When looking for honey, try and find your local honey, it's very good for you.

Wonderful fruit salad that is easy to adapt depending on what is on hand or in the market -- we skipped the Asian pears and the plums and added a package of strawberries and the full container of blueberries (1/2 pint). Quick and easy and as we made it the night before -- ready for Easter breakfast! Thanks for sharing this keeper!
- 1 cantaloupe, peeled and chopped
- 2 Asian pears, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup grapes, halved
- 2 plums, chopped
- 2 peaches, peeled and chopped
- 1⁄2 cup blueberries

- 2 tablespoons honey
