Breakfast for Ants

"I currently have an ant problem and found this 'recipe' to try to get rid of them. The author (Delinda of Aurora, CO) of this solution says that it works well. I'm going to try it today. They eat it, the oatmeal would expands, and they die. This way there is no smell or chemicals around for children or pets. The salt ingredient is not used in this 'recipe', but Zaar requires more than one ingredient listed. :)"

1. Spread the oatmeal around the areas in your garage or yard where you see ants.
2. Check back the next day to see if it works!

This seemed to work for me! I didn't have a ton of ants, but they were scattered all over the patio. I sprinkled a little in the areas they seem to be gathering and after about 1/2 day there were less and the next day they were completely gone. This is perfect for me to put down in the morning and not worry about taking my DS's outside and touching ant spray. Made for Newest Zaar.

This seemed to work....I sprinkled the oatmeal around an anthill, and then went out of town for a few days. It rained really hard while I was gone, so I don't know if the anthill is gone because of the oatmeal treatment or because of the rain. :) But there are less ants wandering around. I'll try this one again....so economical and environmentally friendly. Made for I Recommend Tag.
