A tasty egg casserole that can be made-ahead, or even frozen. Great for a crowd!

Directions

  1. Place 1/2 of the bread cubes in a greased 9" square pan. Over the bread cubes, layer half of the meat and 1/2 of each cheese. Repeat all layers ending with cheese. Beat the remainng ingredients and pour over the pan. Cover loosely and refrigerate overnight.
  2. TO FREEZE: cover loosely and place in a gallon ziploc freezer bag. label & seal.
  3. If thawed, Bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes. If frozen, bake at 300 for 25 minutes, then 350 for 35 minutes.
