"I was searching for a healthy breakfast bar and couldn't find anything that sounded awesome, so I started experimenting with combinations of our favorite breakfast foods and ended up with these...I use as much organic food as possible, as few preservatives as I can, but this recipe is easy to alter to your preferences. Go ahead...experiment with different fruits."

  • Combine all of the above into a bowl.  The mix will be slightly more moist than a traditional cookie, but that's ok. We like them moist.  Divide the mixture into 4 or 5 very large cookies, about 4 inches in diameter and 1 inch thick. Bake at 350 degrees for 14-16 minutes.  .
