  1. Blend together Agave syrup, butter, prunes, eggs, vanilla, and molasses, until smooth.
  2. add soda and salt mix well.
  3. add flours and mix well.
  4. add remaining ingredients.
  5. drop on cookie sheet heaping tablespoons.
  6. bake at 350 for approx 15 minute.

The end result is great, but getting there isn't!!! These cookies are almost as hard as bricks. They don't spread on the cookie sheet at all. How you plop them is how they cook. Next time, I would put all the nuts in a processor and chop them that way first. The batter is like stiff concrete and VERY hard spoon and drop, but as traciejo stated, they are delicious.
