- 4 ounces pineapple juice
- 2 ounces white rum
- 2 ounces coconut cream
- 1⁄2 ripe banana, cut into chunks
- 5 ice cubes
- 1 lime slice (garnish)
- Process the pineapple juice, rum, coconut cream, banana and ice cubes in a blender until smooth.
- Pour into a tall glass and garnish with the lime.
