Official Contest Entry: Simply Potatoes 5Fix. We love this simple recipe for our weekend breakfast. The basic recipe came from my Grandmother. We altered it a little to make it easier.
- 20 ounces Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes with Onion
- 2 cups diced ham
- 1 1⁄2 cups cheese, of your choice
- 1 1⁄2 cups sour cream
- 1 (8 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- Mix all ingredients together, add salt and pepper to taste. Bake on 350 degrees for 45 minutes in a covered pan. Serve.
