  • 5 large egg whites
  • 3 ounces ham, chopped
  • 2 12 slices whole wheat bread, cubed
  • 78 cup skim milk
  • 12 cup Mexican blend cheese, grated
  • 14 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 12 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease an 8x8 casserole dish.
  3. Combine the ingredients.
  4. Spread evenly in baking dish.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes.
