This is a special Christmas breakfast casserole. Its very easy to make but tastes like it took all morning..
- Grease 13x9 pan.
- Cook Sausage in pan, drain.
- Cut bread into 1 inch cubes.
- Beat eggs with milk, salt and mustard
- Layer bread cubes, sausage and cheese in dish.
- Pour egg mixture over bread.
- Add peppers and sprinkle with cheese.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Bake for 45 minutes at 350.
