  • Brown sausage and drain well.
  • Put bread cubes in 9x13 greased baking dish. Sprinkle sausage over bread.
  • Beat eggs; add salt, milk and cheese. Pour egg mixture over sausage.
  • Refrigerate overnight.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
  • Add mushrooms to egg mixture if you like.
