A family tradition.
- 1 lb sausage
- 3 slices bread
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
- 6 eggs
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 cups milk
- Cook, drain and crumble sausage.
- Cut off bread crust and cube.
- Layer bread, meat, cheese; pur milk and egg mixture over top.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Bake 35 to 45 minutes in 9 x 13 inch pan.
