- 8 slices bread (no crust)
- 1 cup Egg Beaters egg substitute
- 1 cup fat-free half-and-half
- 10 ounces low-fat creamed spinach
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 pieces Healthy Choice breakfast sausage
- 1⁄2 cup 2% cheddar cheese
- Crumble bread and mix other ingredients and pour over bread and stir. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes or until set in the middle.
