One of my favorite breakfast for dinner recipes. I usually leave out the sausage and add more vegetables due to personal preference. I love that it can be prepared ahead of time and just popped in the oven after work.

What an easy casserole for the morning or brunch. Topped with salsa, and it was gone! My husband loved that there were hashbrowns instead of bread in it! Thanks for sharing!

I have made this many times (so I am surprised I have not yet reviewed it). It is very good and always a hit. I have made it for family and for potlucks a few times. Recipe is very versatile, I have added in green pepper with the sausage and I think I will add green chilis next time. I also usually put in about 8/9 eggs and then just cook it for a few min longer.

I really liked this recipe a lot! It was very tasty. I wish I would have used fresh mushrooms in place of canned though, but that's not this recipes fault. This is the best breakfast casserole I have found! Thank you so much!

I served this last weekend when I had a house full of guests. It's delicious, and I really liked that it doesn't have bread in it like many other breakfast casseroles. I did mess up and browned all the onions with the sausage, but then I realized that they all end up in the casserole anyway. I personally like my onions to be well cooked, so this worked out fine for me. It was also a little easier. This recipe will become one that everyone can expect if they are going to be guests at my house for breakfast. I will make it again and again. Thank you for posting!

I made this for Christmas Breakfast. The whole family really liked it. I added about 1/2lb. bacon chopped and fried crisp along with the sausage. The one change I will make next time is that I will add about 3 more eggs. The kids (I have 5)also suggested serving sausage gravy on the side so they could add a spoon to top the Casserole. Thank you for the wonderful recipe!

This recipe was a huge hit on Christmas morning! Easy and delicious! I've changed it a bit: added mushrooms when cooking the sausage and onion, used frozen O'Brien Potatoes, and increased egg to 7(cook about 15 min. longer).
