Good for a quick filling breakfast, or eat it for dinner. All you need is a glass of juice..


  1. Brown sausage well.
  2. Beat eggs with fork and mix with milk.
  3. Pour egg mixture into pan with sausage and cook over medium high heat, stirring with spatula until eggs are cooked through.
  4. Serve on flour tortillas topped with cheddar cheese.

I did these for dinner as well. I used 1/2 lb lean ground beef and an onion. Easy to do and tasty too.

This was a great quick meal for kids! All four of them loved fact I had to make more and the second time I used ham. They did prefer the sausage over the ham, though. Served with home-fries and onions. Thanks for this quick idea for a yummy, quick dinner...yes, we had them for dinner :) P.S. My one daughter said to rate them a 23!
