Made this for my lunch today. Almost made it into a frittata leaving all in the same pan and tossing eggs in but, no I didn't, and I am glad I followed the recipe because each vegie, sausage, and egg taste came thru much better in each bite. Another brunch special coming up. Thanks for the recipe.
