A healthier brownie and an breakfast-to-go

- 177.44 ml Bisquick
- 59.14 ml cocoa
- 59.14 ml sugar
- 177.44 ml skim milk
- 59.14 ml applesauce
- 1 egg
- 414.03 ml Raisin Bran cereal
- Heat oven to 425 degrees. Grease a 9-inch square pan. Mix all ingredients except the cereal, then stir in the raisin bran.
- Pour into the pan. Bake 10-15 minutes until set in center. Cut into squares.
These "brownines" make a tasty breakfast treat! Nice chocolate flavor, not overly sweet, and the raisins from the cereal make a nice addition. Mine took the full 15 minutes, actually a little more, to get fully cooked. Thanks for sharing your recipe! Made for Spring Pick-A-Chef 2014
