I have a theory that all of Bev's recipes are to die for... and this one definitely did not disappoint! I used frozen cherries, since that what I had on hand, and the result is divine.

This was such a treat, Bev! Using raspberries, I made a half recipe for 2 of us as written except I halved the amt of brown sugar as I like to use powdered sugar on these dishes & DH prefers whipped cream. I half expected it to taste sinfully rich, but to my surprise it was much lighter than expected - maybe due in part to reducing the sugar? Frankly, I would be happy eating this for dessert too & I suspect DH will insist on that tonite. Thx for sharing this lovely recipe w/us. :-)
