Such an amazing little breakfast that I chose to make it two days in a row! Nummy, nummy, nummy! This is such an appetizing little dish and it kept me full for hours. Love it!! Thank you!
Yummy little breakfast for myself this morning; quick enough that I could make it before work - I used just part of the apple and saved the rest as a snack for later. I don't have an apple corer, so I sliced the apple and layered the slices on top of the pb before drizzling with the cinnamon sauce. Made for Zaar Stars.
Simple, yet sustains you through the morning!
My youngest son wanted a "new" breakfast idea and he picked this! He gave it a 5! I cut it down to make 1 English muffin (2 open faced halves) and I used dark brown sugar. I made it as originally described in the recipe (didn't use the broiler). Thanks for a healty and yummy breakfast!
Quick and simple. I used Macintosh apples and after topping with the butter/sugar/cinnamon mixture, put back under the broiler and caramelized it. Delicious and healthy breakfast!
My husband gave this 5 stars. The cinnamon and sugar mixture made this taste somewhat like a caramel apple. Thanks KITTENCAL for a quick breakfast treat. Bullwinkle.
I cut the recipe down to serve the 2 of us. It is a quick breakfast treat which DH really enjoyed. I used my homemade peanut butter and Splenda brown sugar substitute. I also placed them under the broiler for just a couple of minutes before serving. Thanks Kitten!
