  1. In a 2 or 3 quart saucepan combine apples, prunes and orange juice;= bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer until apples are tender but not= soft, about 10 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat; stir in honey, lemon juice= and cinnamon.
  3. Cool, cover and chill.
  4. Stir in oranges and grapefruit.
  5. =To serve, spoon fruits with their liquid into serving dishes; garnish= with mint sprigs.
