      Combine ½ c mayo, 2 eggs, cream Combine separately mixture of crushed pork rinds, garlic powder, salt and parmesan cheese in can Dredge chicken in the mayo egg mixture and then the crushed pork rinds really stick well and easy to fry or bake.

      Great breading not only for chicken but pork, veal and turkey. It definately satisfies for the breading lost in the atkins diet. I added some red pepper and lots of garlic sauce. Really turned out delicious!
