  1. Crush these up til fine crumbs. Bread your salmon patties, crab cakes, fish, chicken, shrimp, pork chops, etc. I also add it to recipes like meatloaf. Here is a true zero carb way to get the most crispy coating. I experiment with this new breading often. Good luck with your creations.
