Another recipe from Guam. Forget potato chips, try these instead!
- Wash and peel the breadfruit.
- Slice as thinly as possible.
- Heat the oil in a deep, heavy pan.
- Add the breadfuit slices, a few at a time, and cook until golden.
- Remove from oil, and drain excess oil on paper towels.
- Sprinkle lightly with salt, then serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
