I found this recipe on the Taste of Home website so I decided to adapt it to my diet.
- 1 cup gluten free breadcrumbs
- 2 teaspoons italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 cup milk
- 4 turkey breast cutlets
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
- In a shallow bowl, combine the bread crumbs, italian seasoning, garlic, basil and oregano. Pour milk into another shallow bowl. Dip turkey in milk, then roll in crumbs.
- In a large skillet, cook turkey over medium heat in oil for 4-5 minute on each side or until juices run clear. Dreain on paper towels.
Easy peasy besides tastey! The only thing different I did was to reduce the oregano. Thank you Chef#844890 for posting. Made for Fall PAC.
