Great pork chops, moist and tender. I added 2 T parmesan cheese to the bread crumbs. I followed the instructions for baking and everyone enjoyed them. I will make this again, we all enjoyed it. Thx Taste Tester!
Exactly what I was looking for. This has the crispyness that I've been trying and failing to recreate! Great flavour. I baked mine.
My 6 year son said they were better then chicken nuggets (which is a big deal coming from a kid). I baked mine. The only difference is I used Italian breadcrumbs instead of plain.
My Husband and I loved this recipe !! It was easy and delicious. I fried the chops in 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil instead of baking them. They were crunchy and flavorful. Thank you for the recipe !!
Great, simple recipe. I needed a pork chop recipe and it was featured today, so I thought I'd try it. The whole family liked it and we will be making it again. I love that it was so simple with things I have here anyway. I doubled the recipe as we have a big family, but they came out great in the oven. Thanks!
I normally don't like fried foods, but this was awesome.
pan fried with seasoned bread crumbs. it was great!
This was a very tasty recipe...we love the zingy batter. I cooked mine via the oven. My hubby and I enjoyed them very much (they were a little dry this time around but only because I prepared them too far in advance before my hubby came home from work). I adjusted the amount of flour mixture because our chops were quite large. Will definitely try this one again :)
This was very good! Even hubby commented on the breading. I cooked mine in the oven and I'll definitely make these again! Made for Zaar Cookbook Tag Game 2010.
This was very very good. I prepared it to the recipe but I did finish the chops in the oven since they were a little thicker. I also added an orange pan sauce and it added a really nice flavor. 1/4 cup orange juice, 1/4 cup chix broth, 2T butter and a tsp of orange zest. Add the liquids and zest to the pan you fried your chops in and let it reduce to 1/4 cup of liquid, tilt the pan and whisk in the butter and zest until melted and spoon over your completed chops. Very good! (if I do say so myself :)))
