I made these last night with butterfly porkchops and they were delicious ! I added garlic powder and also a little bit of panko bread crumbs. They were moist and yummy and I will be making these on a regular basis. I always us ketchup on my pork but this time I didn't bother, thats how good they actually were ! thanks...

This is an excellent dish. I followed all your easy to follow directions, except that I dipped the chops in buttermilk instead of butter. The herbs in the breading were an excellent combination. The chops came out faintly pink and very moist. Thanks for sharing this keeper. I will be using it again.

We loved the sage in these pork chops! Very easy to prepare, though I ended up with a lot of the breadcrumb/parmesan mixture left over. Served with sweet potatoes and roasted lemon zucchini # 61129. We will definitely have this again...thanks for sharing!

Yummy! Big hit with my boys. My breadcrumbs were expired so I crushed Ritz crackers in a ziplock bag. I think I won't buy breadcrumbs ever again.

Made exactly as posted, decreased by half to prepare 2 pork chops. Turned out tender & juicy, and wow, did this make my house smell good! Thanks, Denise!

Very good! Liked the sage in this. My sage was ancient so I added extra. I will make this regularly. served it with sautéed apples and onions, and Brussels sprouts.

This is the third time in three weeks that my 4 picky eaters have asked me to make this. The aroma of this baking is simply wonderful. Thanks for a great recipe. You can also use this on boneless chicken breasts.

I guess I was expecting too much from this recipe. The taste was so-so and my chops turned out dry.

I tried to stick to the recipe!! I actually didn't have any parm cheese so I left that out. I'm sure it would have been even better. I also used a whole pack of Italian dressing seasonings and a bunch of red pepper flakes to the mix. These chops were soooo good though, full of flavor and just really tasty. Served with sweet mashed potatoes.

It was very very good. I love pork, and my husband can do with out it, the less the better. But this one he really like, only next time i might make some pasta to go with it.

What a nice combination of spices--they complement pork chops so well. We loved these.

What a great recipe. The only thing I did different was that I used 1 T of sage but that is because we love sage so much. Great alternative to frying.

Used Asiago and Romano too! I reduced the Rosemary to a sprig on each. This was delish! I'll have to try the buttermilk! Always have it on hand. :) Will make this again for sure. Thank you! Jelly

What a very tasty dish!! I loved it. I followed Alexis and used the milk brine. I didn't have rosemary so used italian seasoning. I cooked in a small casserole dish (2 of us) for 30 minutes. It was moist and flavorful. I will definitely make this again and again. Thank you!!

My goodness, Denise, my crew raved all the way through the meal when I served them this chop recipe tonight. Thanks so much for posting it! We really don't care for quite that much rosemary, so I substituted the rosemary and oregano with 1 T. dried Italian seasoning, and used fresh grated asiago and romano cheeses (because it's all I had on hand.) Otherwise I followed the recipe exactly, and in 40 minutes (my chops were thick) I had these great looking, fragrant chops the guys gobbled down so fast I didn't even have time to snap a photo for Zaar. Absolutely will make this recipe again (and again!).
