    Ingredients:

    Servings:

    Units: US | Metric

    • boneless white fish fillet (of your choice)
    • 1/2 cup helman mayonnaise
    • 1 egg
    • breadcrumbs
    • lemon garli garni seasoning (to taste)

    Directions:

    1. 1
      Wash fillets in cold water and dry with a paper towel.
    2. 2
      Sprinkle to taste with Lemon Garli Garni.
    3. 3
      Mix egg and mayonnaise in a bowl.
    4. 4
      Coat fillets with egg and mayonnaise mixture.
    5. 5
      Sprinkle bread crumbs on a sheet of wax paper.
    6. 6
      Lay fillets on bread crumbs.
    7. 7
      Sprinkle tops of fillets with remainder of bread crumbs.
    8. 8
      Place on a non stick baking sheet.
    9. 9
      Preheat oven to high (500 degrees) and bake fillets until they start to bubble on the bottom (around 5 to 7 minutes).

      Turn oven to broil for 5 to 10 minutes depending on the thickness of the fillets.

      Serve and enjoy.
