The is amazing! I didn't have raisins so I added blueberries. I also sprinkled a mixture of 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 1/2 tbspns flour, cinnamon/nutmeg on top. Thanks so much for posting!

I had exactly 10 pcs of slightly old bread so I felt it was in the stars and I was compelled to make this bread pudding. The only things I changed was I used the last of my coconut milk instead of regular, used Cherry flavored Craisins and baked an additional 5 minutes. It is delicious!! I've never made bread pudding before. Now I know I will again. Thanks for posting!

This recipe was absolutely amazing! I also added 2 tsp brandy extract, extra butter and a splash of cream and served it with a brown sauce. This is the best dessert I've ever made. My dinner guests all went back for seconds.

I had some French bread in my freezer that was nearing its lifetime and decieded to try your recipe. DH's favorite dessert is bread pudding so I knew he would love it. I was right, this turned out very good and perfect for the cold evening we had here. Thank you for sharing with us.

First time making bread pudding and it was wonderful!!! I did mix some brown sugar with apple pie spice and sprinkled over the bread and saved some and added some chopped walnuts to put on top. I also added chopped apples from a can of apple pie apples that I stired into the egg and milk mix just before pouring over the bread. I did bake it for an extra 10 min and made a wonderful vanilla/rum sauce for it. This recipe is a keeper!!!!

Awesome, great flavor. I used brown sugar and fairly firm white bread. Delicious. I will make this again and again. Super easy and quick too.

This was an amazing recipe. I made a few changes based on what I had available... I used heavy cream, soy creamer, and milk instead of all milk. I used gluten-free bread. The recipe still turned out AMAZING. It kept in the fridge for ages and still microwaved wonderfully. My coworkers all loved it. :) I ate it often in the morning with coffee... so good.

Doubled the recipe- but used 5 cups of milk and 1.5 cups of sugar, 5 tsp of baking powder. Also used 16 potato bread rolls, cause its what I had on-hand. Right when it came out of the oven, I sprinkled about a cup of dark chocolate chips on the top. They came out so delicious. Thanks for sharing!

Delicious! I used a date/almond bread that had gone stale on me and it was a little too sweet, but I had some stale biscuits I used in ramekins and it was great! Thanks for the great recipe with ingredients I have on hand!
