Directions

  1. Whisk together eggs, milk, Splenda, cinnamon, vanilla and salt. Stir in bread cubes, raisins and apricots.
  2. Pour into a greased 8x2-inch round baking dish. Place in a 13x9-inch pan and place on oven rack. Pour hot water into larger pan until 1-inch depth.
  3. Bake at 350F for 45-50 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between edge and center comes out clean.
  4. Serve warm or chilled,.
