1 loaf cornbread
ingredients
- 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup water (110 degrees)
- 4 teaspoons butter
- 3 1⁄3 cups bread flour
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup canned whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1⁄4 teaspoons active dry yeast
directions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Transfer to bread machine pan.
- Makes a 2 pound loaf.
- Medium crust.
- When finished, remove from pan and let set for 30 minutes.
- Store in air tight container.
