  • Put dough ingredients in breadmaker, and set on normal dough raisin cycle.
  • After 60 mins add fruit.
  • At end of cycle, divide into two.
  • Roll into rolls and cut into 6-8 buns each.
  • Place, touching each other, on baking paper.
  • Leave to rise for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 180°C.
  • (Opt) Pipe with equal flour/water mixture.
  • Brush on oil.
  • Bake for 20 mins at 180°C.
  • Brush with glaze.
